This is a topic which hasn't been covered yet in Grub Garage, but this would be my favourite fried breakfast.

Two fried eggs, two slices of fried bread, hash browns or potato waffles, sweet waffles on the side like they have in the states. I wouldn't say no to those diced potatoes they have in the states either, Fried bacon or spam, fatboy baked beans and fried mushrooms.

Mmmm yeah! My perfect breakfast: Fried eggs, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, baked beans, perhaps waffles or pancakes with chocolate ice cream on top! Along with coffee and orange juice and sliced oranges on the side.

Oh I forgot. A bagel with sea salt and smoked salmon.

I couldn't eat pancakes and chocolate icecream with a fry-up, no ways! I had one in the states once with sweet waffles and Maple Syrup on the side though.

My fav fried food hummm....definitely bacon and omelettes (are those fried?) and hummm....attempting to think of a Mexican dish my mom makes, but I can't think of it, but anything mexicanish that's fried is good. Actually anything with grease always tastes good :P

Hmmmm. never had that. can you describe it? Maybe post a recipe?

Post 9 by eccentric bruin (Generic Zoner) on Tuesday, 21-Mar-2006 21:02:38

aaa will it's actually quite simple. you fry the egg and put it on a tostada and then add pico de gallo on top. I don't know how to spell egg in spanish or else i would but they call it wewos rancheros, how that might translate in english is kinda like i said above. But yeah simple yet good.

Oh I love this kind of stuff. Hash browns, diced potatoes, pancakes, many sausages, much bacon, ham, beans, toast preferably from homemade bread, coffee, juice, fruit. Wow I love breakfasts.

mmm spam. *smiles* Haven't had that in awhile. I like it fried with scrambled eggs. Another fried breakfast I like are fried eggs with a side of strips of bacon, fried potatoes, sausage links or patties, or hashed browns. there are also these things called ham and egg bars which are long patties made of what it says *smiles*, and with that crunchy crust over it. If only I could find where my elementary used to get them from. *smiles*

Post 19 by Devious_Britches (smarty pants) on Sunday, 14-May-2006 23:42:10

Nah they are not bad. I think they call them Fried apples cause butter is used in it but it's more like apple pieish. So if you like apple pie you will like fried apples.

Post 23 by redgirl34 (Scottish) on Tuesday, 01-Aug-2006 18:13:59

My favourite breakfast is Sausage bacon, fried bread. I also like french Toast. Yes I am over weight.

Post 24 by Godzilla-On-Toast (I've now got the silver prolific poster award! wahoo!) on Wednesday, 02-Aug-2006 21:16:45

I like French toast, either with syrup on it or another recipe where the French toast is baked with the syrup already in the bread. I also like hash browns, either the shredded or diced type with some onions thrown in, and bacon. I'd only want that once in a while, though, as that's quite a heavy breakfast. I mostly just ahve a cup of coffee or tea and that's enough to wake me up.

Post 25 by ezziejc (The Bathroom Skyper!) on Tuesday, 15-Aug-2006 10:34:02

Oo! gotta be bacon, sausage, fried egg, fried bread, black pudding, hash browns, mushrooms, a cup of tea and some orange juice.

An omelet with bacon, sausage, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese. Also some tosted bread on the side and some OJ.

Post 30 by jamesk (This site is so "educational") on Friday, 12-Jan-2007 19:35:28

First off, what's black pudding? Could someone please explain it for me?
As to breakfast, I love fried potatoes and onions friend in lard or bacon grease, along with ham or steak and eggs. Sausage is also great. Top it all off with a huge glass of iced tea and you have a meal fit for a king.
